Kristin comes from a family deeply rooted in coaching and leadership. Her husband and oldest son are NCAA Men’s Basketball coaches, while her youngest son is a dedicated Cowboy and Team Roper. Kristin herself has a background in coaching cross country and track, a passion that has shaped her approach to both life and work. This foundation of teamwork, leadership, and mentorship carries over into every aspect of her professional endeavors.
